It is used for rolling the certain plates into the form of drum and arc. The working principle is to curve and roll. The upper roller can move horizontally and vertically so the auxiliary equipments are not needed. It can finish the pre-bending and curvature forming of the two ends. The machines are widely used in the industries of petroleum, chemical, cement, shipyard, boiling, aviation, water conservation and keywords electricity transmission tower.

First step: Plate feeding

Second step: The upper roller moves to X position, moves lower to Y1

Second step: The upper roller moves to X position, moves lower to Y1

Second step: The upper roller moves to X position, moves lower to Y1

The fifth step: Stops at the end of the plate, the upper roller presses to the position Y3. Then presses to the top directly for pre-bending.

The sixth step: The upper roller moves to Y2-α, then horizontally moves to +X position. Then the lower roller moves clock wisely.

The seventh step: To the end of the plate, the upper roller presses to the position Y3, directly pre-bend for the end of the plate
